Shipping:
The big push is for store/boutique owners to buy “Made in America” which of course is a good thing! Cottage industries, such as myself, are very small and usually produce once order is received. That is not to say we won’t have your order (or most of it in stock) but on larger orders we may not have everything ready to go and it will have to be made fresh. Our goal is to fill your order in as timely a manner as possible-within a 14 Business Days (3 weeks). Please let us know when you need product in place, and we will make every effort to have your order in place on your required date.

Shipping Charges:
Buyer is responsible for shipping. 


*Should shipment be refused once it leaves our door, all monies will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

*Should you change your mind once order has been processed but not left our facility, monies will be refunded but a restocking fee of a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.  

Claims:
Once product is shipped we are not responsible for any damages unless you have opted for Insurance. Therefore insurance is highly recommended. If you wish to purchase insurance please email us.
